Roles and responsibilities:
- Bank reconciliations for companies, funds and trusts
- Credit card reconciliations
- Trust account receipting
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Ad-hoc support to accounting team
- Cashflow management
- Reporting to CFO and team as needed
Job Qualifications
- Technical:
- Accounting and Bookkeeping experience in both local and Australian setting
- Understanding of Australian Tax framework, e.g. GST, income tax etc
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
- Experience in any Accounting software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to take on new tasks as role progresses, adaptable to any change and can work in a complex structure
- Possession of sound judgement with a commercial focus
- Understanding of Accounting, Trust Accounting and payroll systems would be an advantage

Educational/Licenses:
Educational/Licenses: Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related course
